My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. While it had a few redeeming qualities like friendly staff and a decent location, the overall condition of the rooms left much to be desired. The cleanliness and comfort were not up to par, which was disappointing. I enjoyed the quick service during breakfast, but I wouldn't consider this place for future trips.
The hotel has a fantastic location, making it easy to access Times Square and other attractions. While the rooms are dated, they are clean and comfortable, which helped us overlook the negatives. However, the extra facility fees were unexpected and took away from the value. The staff's attitude varied, with some being helpful while others were not as accommodating.
